Flash is a multimeida application commonly used to create animations and web pages for the web. Flash is not as efficient at creating web pages as HTML and its file size is generally larger resulting in longer load time for web pages. Furthmore, Flash is more complex to design a website resulting in longer creation time. Time = Money.
